Feeling useless!

I don’t feel good about myself, I want to lose more weight. I’m going to lose more weight. I’m determined to do it.  I start something called Insanity tomorrow evening, it’s something I’m going to work at hard. I bought myself some new Nike Free Run’s 5.0 today, just wanted to treat myself.

I sometimes feel lost and sad, but most the time I’m happy. I feel like I don’t care most the time, but deep down I do.



  1. Exercise is awesome for both depression and ADHD. I have a history of depression and am ADHD. I had to get a new doctor and he is very anti-meds. He told me change my diet and exercise..That will help with depression. He also said it will help me focus better. I went from 30mg of Adderall XR to 10mg of Adderall XR. It takes some getting used to, but with a plan..you can organize and succeed. Determination is KEY!

    Good luck with Insanity :-) A friend of mine has tried it out and enjoyed doing it, go pummel all your negative frustrations out. Share how you found Insanity :-)
